Smokehouse Sandwich Company is a Philippines style which is created from Rico’s family recipes and traditional techniques. Rico was practically raised in the kitchen, taking in all the wonder brought about by his grandmother’s cooking. Growing up in the Philippines immersed Rico in traditional farm-to-table customs. Rico insists to source only the freshest ingredients for his culinary creations, and strive towards a farm-to-table model for Smokehouse Sandwich.

From the in-house smoked meats with their creative spice rubs, and the house made dressings and bright fresh vegetables from local farms, each Smokehouse sandwich is simple, yet carries a unique taste and story.

Billie –salt-cured pork belly topped with our pico de gallo, lettuce, & aioli.

I ordered a single meat Billie sandwiches with an extra poached egg (must add). The sandwiches are super tasty and full of flavours! I’ve tried Samson and Billie, but my favourite one was the Billie. When I bite into the sandwich, the poached egg mixed with the soft and crispy pork belly were match perfectly which is outstanding and overwhelming. It is definitely one of my favourite place for sandwiches when I’m in Richmond.
